Record observations of the starting materials in the first column.
Record observations of the products in the second column.
State whether the reaction is a Physical or Chemical change.
List the evidence for the type of change.
Evidence for a chemical change includes colour change, precipitate formed, gas bubbles produced, heat produced.
Evidence for physical change includes change in form or dissolving.
